These Swag Portal Terms and Conditions ("Swag Portal T&C") govern your use of the swag portals operated by Intigriti.

By redeeming a voucher in a swag portal, you agree to these Swag Portal T&C.

Swag: means physical items such as caps, hoodies or other merchandise gifted by Intigriti and/or the organisations who are active on the Intigriti platform (“Swag”). Swag can be obtained upon redeeming of one or more vouchers received for this swag portal.

Voucher: means a specific code or voucher to obtain items via a specific swag portal operated by Intigriti.

Vouchers can be redeemed only in the specific swag portal for which the voucher is intended.

To redeem a voucher and order your Swag, you will need to add the Swag to your shopping basket. You can then choose the quantity you wish to order of an item. Next, you will have to enter your contact information and shipping address, and type in your voucher code. Afterwards, you can check your order details and, if necessary, detect and correct errors before placing the order. After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email.

Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Voucher redemptions are subject to item availability.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

A voucher redemption does not constitute a purchase or sale. The voucher serves as a token to exchange for Swag.

Location of shipment of items depends on availability. Shipments may be subject to taxes and duties. If such taxes and/or duties are unacceptable to you, you may refuse your Swag without payment. However, in such case your voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be used for other purchases.

You are solely responsible for any custom’s tax, import, or other obligations that may arise from the redemption of vouchers and shipment and delivery of items. Intigriti and the organisations bear no responsibility for ensuring compliance with your local tax laws or regulations.

All orders are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for any ordered items.

Intigriti reserves the right to replace defective items or items that didn’t arrive at its sole discretion.

Intigriti assumes no liability for issues related to the quality or functionality of items redeemed with vouchers.

Items, where relevant, should be washed before use and handled in accordance with any instructions regarding usage and care provided together with the item, if applicable.

All liability of Intigriti in connection with this swag portal and the activities following from operating this swag portal is limited to 150 euros.

Intigriti reserves the right to cancel a voucher for any reason it deems appropriate, such as but not limited to cases of suspected misuse, inaccuracies or technical issues.

If you notice that your voucher doesn’t work and the validity period has not yet expired, please reach out via support@intigriti.com. Potential replacement of a voucher is to Intigriti’s sole discretion.

All vouchers remain the property of Intigriti.

Intigriti reserves the right to modify these Swag Portal T&C at any time without prior notice. The applicable version of the Swag Portal T&C will always be available on the swag portals where the vouchers can be redeemed, or on simple request to support@intigriti.com.

You must make sure to consult the most recent version of these Swag Portal T&C before redeeming a voucher.
