Dynamic budget pooling helps prevent programs from being auto-suspended by automatically reallocating unallocated company budget to programs that require additional funding. This feature functions as an extension of the program’s auto-suspension mechanism, ensuring your programs remain active when submission activity increases.

Enable dynamic budget pooling
⚙️Roles: Company Admin
To enable dynamic budget pooling:
Go to Admin > Budget.
Open the kebab menu next to the program’s budget details.
Select Enable dynamic pooling.
💡 Note: Dynamic budget pooling cannot be activated for programs that are already suspended. The company administrator must first add budget to the suspended program before enabling dynamic pooling.
Once enabled, whenever a submission is created and the program’s company budget falls below the auto-suspension threshold, the system reallocates the difference from the unallocated company budget to the program’s budget bucket.
Best practices
Enable dynamic budget pooling for bug bounty programs that are critical or have high submission volumes to avoid interruptions.
Enable dynamic budget pooling for vulnerability disclosure programs that don’t normally require budget, so that if an exceptional bonus is awarded, the program is not interrupted.
Regularly review unallocated company budget to ensure sufficient funds are available for pooling.
