Unlisted programs

Updated today

By default, programs on Intigriti are discoverable by researchers based on their confidentiality level. In some cases, you may want to keep your public program out of the spotlight. Unlisted programs give you that flexibility by keeping the program accessible via its URL without making it publicly discoverable on the platform.

Manage program listing settings

⚙️Roles: Company Admin, Program Admin

By default, program listing is enabled. This means the program is visible to researchers and, depending on its confidentiality level, may also appear on the public Intigriti website.

To unlist a program, open your program, go to Settings, and disable the program listing option.

If a program is unlisted after it has already launched, it may still appear on the public website for a short time due to caching. It can take several hours before the program is fully removed from public listings.

Accessing an unlisted program

Unlisted programs can only be accessed through the direct program URL. This link can be shared privately or embedded on your own website.

Researchers can view the full program details when they visit the program URL. However, they must sign up or sign in to Intigriti before they can submit any findings.

💡Note: Researchers cannot create submissions to an unlisted program unless they are authenticated on the platform.

Handling submissions

Submissions in unlisted programs follow the same lifecycle as submissions in listed programs. Unlisting only affects how the program can be discovered, not how submissions are handled.

Best practices

  • Unlist your program before launch if you plan to share access only through a direct link. This avoids early visibility and prevents confusion for researchers.

  • Share the program URL only with your intended audience, for example by embedding it on your website or distributing it through controlled channels.
