Statistics

Updated over a week ago

Statistics provide a high-level overview of activity and performance on the Intigriti platform, giving you quick insights into submissions, severities, vulnerability types and handling performance without requiring advanced configuration or setup. The statistics page is available to all company members who work with programs and is intended to provide an accessible, basic view of key metrics at a glance.

Metrics

You can access the statistics page from the main navigation by selecting Statistics.

πŸ’‘Note: You only see data for the programs you have access to.

Status, severity and tier distribution

These charts show how submissions are distributed by status, severity, and bounty tier. They help you quickly understand the overall composition of submissions, and how findings are classified in terms of impact.

Severity trends over time

This view shows how submission severities are distributed over time within the selected reporting period. It provides a simple way to see how reported impact levels evolve.

Top submission types

This section highlights the most common vulnerability types based on incoming submissions. It helps you identify recurring issue categories at a glance and understand what types of findings are most frequently reported.

Submission handling performance

This section provides insight into how submissions move through their lifecycle, including average time to review, average time to decision and average time to fix.

The metrics are shown in comparison to company-level and platform-level benchmarks, helping you understand performance in context.

Filter data

You can use filters at the top of the statistics page to adjust the data that is shown.

  • Use the date selector to pick one of the predefined reporting period such as all time, last 365 days, last 30 days or last 7 days.

  • Use the program selector to view statistics for all programs or limit the view to a specific program.

  • Use the tabs to filter data on submission status and close reason:

    • Review includes submissions in triage and pending.

    • Accepted includes submissions that are accepted or closed as resolved.

    • Rejected includes submissions rejected as duplicate, accepted risk, informative, out of scope, spam, or not applicable.

All charts and metrics update automatically based on your selection.

Best practices

  • Use the statistics page for quick status checks and high-level performance insights.

  • Use the statistics page as an easy way to share high-level insights with your team or other members working on the program.

  • Treat the statistics page as a starting point for conversations, not as a replacement for detailed analysis.

  • For more detailed analysis or custom reporting, use the submission export to CSV or retrieve data through the API.
