To protect the privacy of customers, researchers and the Intigriti triage team alike we avoid displaying their full name whenever possible. The full name of a company user will under no circumstances be visible to a researcher.
Similarly, company users will only ever see researcher usernames.
In one exception we show full names to company members amongst each other, so that there is clarity what company users have commented or taken action on a submission. Using only usernames amongst company members would prove difficult in larger organisations as usernames may not be commonly and widely known.
In the comment/activity section of the platform the following rules apply:
As a company user I see:
Company users by their full name
(if provided, otherwise only the username will be displayed)
Triage users by their username
Researchers by their username
As a researcher I see:
Company users by their username
Triage users by their username
Researchers by their username
As a Triage user I see:
Company users by their full name
Triage users by their username
Researchers by their username
