Workspaces aims to provide a flexible and secure setup for complex enterprises structured around a parent or umbrella company overseeing a network of semi-independent entities, including subsidiaries, departments, branches, brands, affiliates, and so forth.
On one hand, the setup facilitates seamless access and monitoring of information for the parent or umbrella company across its entire network of entities. This includes granting administrator capabilities within each entity's workspace, allowing for efficient oversight and governance tailored to the specific autonomy levels of each entity.
On the other hand, the setup empowers each entity with its own dedicated workspace, fostering autonomy and enabling independent management of key operational aspects like budget, users, processes and policies, such as:
Budgets: The entities maintain autonomy over their security budget, enabling independent allocation across bug bounty and PTaaS programs.
Users: The entities are entitled to determine which of their employees require access to the platform and the corresponding level of permissions. Additionally, they maintain their own identity and access management setup, potentially necessitating single sign-on integration with a partner of their choosing.
Integrations: The entities possess the flexibility to manage submissions and their data according to their preferences. They have the capability to integrate with any necessary system to ensure smooth operations, utilizing either our native integrations or the API and webhooks.
Policies: The entities have the authority to draft and enforce their own customized terms and conditions and safe harbour clauses in accordance with their internal regulations and policies.

How it works
When the Intigriti team has established the required workspaces, the administators of the parent workspace will automatically be granted access to the linked entitie workspaces.
💡Members of the parent company do not have access to the entitiy workspaces as their role is to manage programs & submissions on parent level, aiming to restrict data exposure.
The administrators of the parent company will have access to two type of views, allowing for efficient oversight and governance tailored to the specific autonomy levels of each entity.
