What are Workspaces
Workspaces let you divide your organization into logical units so that each part can operate independently, with its own governance rules, programs, and data views. This helps companies with multiple subsidiaries, affiliates, brands, or legal entities maintain clear boundaries while enabling coordinated visibility for central teams when needed.
How Workspaces function
Contact your Intigriti Customer Success Manager to discuss your organization’s setup and request workspace activation.
Once enabled, parent company administrators can view and switch between workspaces within the platform.
💡Note: Parent company members do not have access to the entitiy workspaces as their role is to manage programs & submissions on parent level, aiming to restrict data exposure.
The setup empowers each entity with its own dedicated workspace, fostering autonomy and enabling independent management of key operational aspects like budget, users, processes and policies, such as:
Budgets: The entities maintain autonomy over their security budget, enabling independent allocation across bug bounty and PTaaS programs.
Users: The entities are entitled to determine which of their employees require access to the platform and the corresponding level of permissions. Additionally, they maintain their own identity and access management setup, potentially necessitating single sign-on integration with a partner of their choosing.
Integrations: The entities possess the flexibility to manage submissions and their data according to their preferences. They have the capability to integrate with any necessary system to ensure smooth operations, utilizing either our native integrations or the API and webhooks.
Policies: The entities have the authority to draft and enforce their own customized terms and conditions and safe harbour clauses in accordance with their internal regulations and policies.
When to use Workspaces
Workspaces are ideal when your organization operates a network of semi-independent entities, such as subsidiaries, branches, brands, or affiliates, that require clear separation in how they manage security operations. Workspaces help you support structures where each entity needs:
Data segregation, so programs and submissions are only visible within the relevant entity.
Budget autonomy, allowing each unit to manage spending and financial oversight independently.
Legal or compliance autonomy, especially when entities must follow different regulatory or contractual requirements ex. custom terms & conditions.
Workspaces help you keep these boundaries intact while still allowing central teams to oversee activity across all entities if needed.
