Submissions exports allow you to download submission data for reporting, review, or offline analysis. You can export individual submissions or export multiple submissions in batch, depending on your needs.
⚙️Roles: Any user with access to the submission.
Exporting an individual submission to PDF / CSV
You can export the full details of a single submission directly from its detail page.
Go to Submissions
Open the submission you want to export.
Open the export option from the submission view.
Choose the export format.
Export as PDF
Export as CSV
Export the file.
Exporting an individual submission includes the complete submission content, such as the proof of concept, impact, recommended solution, and all messages related to the submission. This makes the export suitable for sharing with external development teams to support remediation.
💡Note: Submission attachments are not part of the individual export.
Exporting multiple submissions to CSV
Batch export allows you to export multiple submissions at once from the submission overview.
Go to Submissions.
Apply filters to narrow down the submissions you want to export.
Select one or more submissions, or select all results by clicking Select all items across all pages.
Select Export to CSV.
Go to User > Exports, either directly or after receiving the email confirming your export is ready.
Click Download.
Batch exports contain a limited set of non-sensitive submission data. This makes batch exports suitable for high-level reporting and sharing data internally without exposing sensitive details.
💡Note: Submission title, tags, asset description, asset motivation, endpoint, proof of concept, impact, recommended solution, submission questions & answers, messages and attachments are not part of the batch export.
Opening a CSV export in Excel
When opening exported CSV files in Excel, you may encounter formatting issues if the file contains characters that are not part of the English alphabet. This usually happens when Excel applies incorrect encoding by default.
To prevent this, import the CSV file manually using the correct settings:
Open a new workbook or sheet in Excel.
Go to the Data tab and select Get Data from Text.
Select your exported CSV file. Make sure you use a file that has not been previously opened directly in Excel, as incorrect formatting can be locked in.
In the import wizard, select semicolon as the delimiter.
Set the File Origin to Unicode UTF-8 encoding.
Click Load to complete the import.
Following these steps ensures that special characters and non-English text are displayed correctly in Excel
Best practices
Use individual submission exports when you need the full submission context, such as proof of concept, impact, remediation guidance, and message history. This is especially useful when sharing findings with development or remediation teams.
Apply filters before exporting in batch to reduce file size and improve relevance.
Handle exported files securely, especially when sharing them outside your organization.
Use the Intigriti API instead of exports when you need frequent updates, automated data synchronization, or access to submission data at scale. The API is better suited for ongoing reporting, dashboards, or integrations with other systems, while exports are best for ad hoc analysis or one-time reporting.
