Intigriti is deeply saddened by the current situation happening in Ukraine. As such, we have been carefully considering the steps we must take to stand against this act of war while also ensuring Intigriti remains a platform that advocates equal opportunities and treatment of individuals without discrimination as to gender, religion, citizenship, or otherwise.

In this article, we hope to bring some clarity around the changes Intigriti has made in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Important changes to Intigriti’s platform

Intigriti will not restrict Russian researchers from contributing to programs

Intigriti will continue its commitment toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by delivering programs that empower companies to deliver secure and sustainable solutions. Therefore, at this point in time, we have elected not to terminate our general cooperation with Russian researchers, many of whom do not support their government's war. Keeping in line with Intigriti's vision and values, our desire is to maintain a platform that promotes equality and enables individuals to make a living to support their families.

We do not feel we are in the position to undertake measures that may significantly impact the personal lives of the members of our community without a clear legal basis. However, we are closely monitoring the sanctions that are imposed by our government and international organizations and must comply with any such sanctions in accordance with applicable laws.

Intigriti will reserve bounty payments that cannot be executed

Our platform supports bounty payments through wire transfer and PayPal. Following Swift and Paypal suspending their operations in Russia and related regions, we can no longer guarantee that payments we would make to impacted payment accounts will actually be received by the relevant researcher. Consequently, we have decided not to process any payouts for the time being, to any accounts of which we expect could be impacted.

Where we are able to issue payment, in a legally compliant manner, we will still strive to do so. However, our platform does not support non-traceable payout methods, such as cryptocurrencies, and because of the rapidly evolving situation, we are not proactively exploring any additional payment options for the time being. Please understand, we will refrain from any actions or payment methods that can be perceived as attempting to circumvent the law.

If we are unable to pay a bounty payment to which a researcher would be entitled under a program, the bounty payment will be withdrawn from the program’s budget and reserved by Intigriti for a minimum of two calendar years or until the situation changes and the payment can be made.

If you are a researcher and do not agree with this, we politely ask you to refrain from participating in programs on our platform temporarily. By continuing to participate in any of our programs, you are considered to accept the hereabove described approach.

Clients can choose to limit access to their programs

Individual clients who so choose may limit access and participation to their programs through available platform functionalities and/or in their program description. Your dedicated success manager is available to explain your options and is committed to assisting and supporting you, as always.

Intigriti is withdrawing all programs for clients based in Russia

In response to financial sanctions and payment services suspending operations in Russia and related regions, in consultation with the relevant clients, we have suspended all programs on the platform for clients based in Russia, Belarus, the Crimea Region of Ukraine, the regions of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), and any other regions impacted by sanctions or restrictions.

Intigriti stands against acts of war

Our company and team members strongly condemn any act of war and would like to express our deepest sympathy to the Ukrainian victims and any victims of war or conflict worldwide.

We kindly thank you for your understanding of the measures we’re undertaking in consideration of the current circumstances. We believe that empathy, compassion, and mutual support will help contribute to the ending of this exceptional and unfortunate war.
