The Intigriti integration with Brinqa enables you to automatically push your submission data from Intigriti to Brinqa according to the schedule you've set.
💡Please be aware that this integration will not push any updates made within the Brinqa platform back to Intigriti.
Connecting to Brinqa
Utilize your Brinqa and Intigriti admin accounts to connect both applications by following these steps:
Log in to your Intigriti account.
Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Intigriti API.
Create a new Intigriti API connection. More info

Log in to your Brinqa account.
Navigate to data sources.
Create a new connector by selecting the Intigriti connector.
Complete the connector properties.

Configuring the Brinqa integration
After establishing the connection, you can start customizing your data mappings and synchronization schedules as desired. By default, Intigriti data will synchronize with Brinqa's "Activity Report." Utilize the Attribute Mappings table to include or exclude attributes from the Brinqa mapping.
After configuring the connector, data will be seamlessly fetched from Intigriti according to your set schedule. Submissions in both Triage, Pending & Accepted states will then be imported into the Brinqa platform as open issues.
