Self-billing Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to the self-billing option in the Intigriti platform, you (“you”) enter into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with Intigriti (“we”, “us” or “Intigriti”) for us to invoice ourselves in your name and on your behalf for bonusses, rewards and Bounties you earn on our platform.

You authorize us to invoice your Bounties and/or other rewards in your name and on your behalf. During the term of this Agreement, Intigriti accepts to issue invoices for you to claim your Bounties and/or other rewards. Unless you dispute an invoice in writing within eight (8) calendar days of the date of invoice, the invoice will be considered fully accepted by you.

For us to issue valid invoices, you agree to the following:

  1. You must provide us with all necessary and valid information, including:

    1. information on your identity;

    2. your tax information (including, if applicable, relevant VAT regime and status); and

    3. all other legally required statements and supporting documents.

  2. You must proactively inform Intigriti of any changes that may affect this information or which may be relevant for us to prepare valid invoices on your behalf.

  3. You agree to not issue any invoices yourself to Intigriti.

  4. You remain fully and solely responsible:

    1. to provide us with valid and up-to-date information;

    2. for the payment of all required taxes and VAT; and

    3. for complying with (national) tax and accounting obligations -including with regards to VAT- applicable to you.

Intigriti agrees to do the following:

  1. Prepare and issue invoices in your name and on your behalf, allowing you to claim Bounties and/or other rewards.

  2. Provide you with or make available to you a duplicate of the issued invoices.

  3. Provide you with a countersigned copy of this Agreement to prove its existence to (tax) authorities, on your request.

You enter into this Agreement with Intigriti as of the date you agreed to it on our platform and the Agreement shall exist for as long as a commercial relationship exists between you and us. However, you can terminate this Agreement earlier if you no longer wish to use the self-billing option. Such termination shall only apply for the future and does not affect the validity of invoices issued under this Agreement before the termination.

These Self-Billing Terms & Conditions, together with the Researcher Terms & Conditions and Community Code of Conduct, apply and constitute the entire Agreement between you and us with respect to self-billing.
